Log into the mobile app or website and select “Add Money,” then “Direct Deposit.” You will be able to see the bank routing number and your specific card account number.
You can provide the routing and account number associated with your card account to your employer or another entity who pays you. You can deposit all or any portion of your payroll amount to your Optimize Money account, on a recurring basis; however, direct deposits cannot exceed the maximum card account balance limit. You can also use this information to receive funds owed to you by the U.S. government, such as a tax return or Social Security.

As with any card program, when the Optimize Money Mastercard is used for certain kinds of transactions, the merchant accepting the card may request advance authorization of that transaction, and may estimate the amount of the transaction. This is usually because the final purchase amount is not known at the time you present your card. For example:
Gas Stations will accept the Optimize Money Mastercard to prepay for fuel inside the station, but "pay at the pump" purchases may be authorized for an amount greater than the gas purchase.
Restaurants, hotels, and car rental agencies may get authorization for an estimated purchase amount, rather than the actual purchase amount.
If you believe that you have temporarily lost your Optimize Money Mastercard, you have the option of immediately “Locking” the card account right from your mobile app. If the card is found, you can then just go back into the app and “Unlock” the card account, and you can use the card account normally.
If the card is permanently lost or stolen, you can simply access the mobile app and report it lost/stolen right there. Alternatively, you can call 1-866-239-2008 to report it, or log into the website at www.optimizemoney.net to change the status of your card and review your transaction history. If your card has been used for unauthorized purchases, a customer service agent will be able to assist you with the dispute process.
The Optimize Money Mastercard has no monthly consumer fees.
