What is a prepaid card?
As a reloadable prepaid debit card, you load money to your card account and only the amount you load is available to access. You can add money to your MyCard over and over, making it an everyday payment tool. MyCard can be used to make purchases at a store, online, to pay bills, and to make person‐to‐person payments.
How do I activate my card?
You may activate your card by visiting the MyCard activation pages below, or within the MyCard mobile app by selecting Active/New User.
How can I order a new card?
Log into MyCardManager app, select the dropdown menu, select “More options” and then select “Replace card”.
How much does it cost to get a card?
It will not cost anything to order a card.
How long does it take to receive my card?
Your card typically arrives within 7‐10 days.
What do I do when my card arrives?
Follow the included steps to activate the card.
Does this card affect my credit?
No,this card does not affect your credit.

Adding Money

How can I add more money to my card?
There are several ways to load your MyCard. You can transfer funds from your bank account, add cash at a branch location, direct deposit funds, or transfer funds from a third‐party bank.
How can I instantly transfer funds from one card to another?
You can transfer money by logging in to the MyCard app or website and selecting Add/Transfer Money > MyCard to MyCard Transfer.
How do I set up Direct Deposit into my card?
Log into the MyCard app or website and select Add/Transfer Money > Direct Deposit. Your direct deposit information will include the routing number and account number, which you can then use in setting up your Direct Deposit.
How do I get the routing and account number of my card for Direct Deposit?
Log into your online account on the website or on the app and go into My Account.
When will my Direct Deposit be available?
Typically within 3-5 business days.

Using prepaid card

Is there anywhere I cannot use my prepaid card?
You can use your MyCard to make payments anywhere Visa is accepted, including person‐to‐person platforms. You may also get cash at an ATM, or by getting cash back from a transaction. MyCard is also a great way to pay bills and purchase online.
Can I spend more money than I have on the card?
No, you cannot spend more money than there is available on the card.
Can I use my card for automatic monthly payments?
Yes, you can use this card for recurring monthly payments.
What happens when I return an item I purchased with my card?
Any refund for goods or services will be provided in the form of a credit to your MyCard. While most merchants settle these at night, this may vary depending on the merchant. Verify with the merchant when you should expect to see a credit. Typically, a credit from a return should reflect on your MyCard within a few business days.
Can I use my card overseas?
Absolutely. MyCard is great for travelling. The goals feature helps you store money in advance for travel expenses. The MyCard app gives visibility to your spending. Also, additional MyCards are great for families with teens wishing to establish or manage a travel budget.
Can prepaid debit cards be used online?
Yes, MyCard is a great way to purchase online.
Can I use my card at any ATM to get cash?
You may get cash at an ATM, or get cash back from a transaction.

Security

How do I report a lost or stolen card?
First, lock your card using your MyCard app or website. Second, notify the bank. You can use your MyCard app or website by selecting Card Management < Report Card Lost/Stolen, or call the number on the back of your card.
How do I lock my card?
You can lock and unlock your MyCard using the app or website. The Primary MyCard account holder can lock and unlock additional MyCards within their account.
How do I dispute a charge from a merchant?
To dispute a transaction please call the toll‐free number on the back of your MyCard to speak to one of our customer service representatives.
What do I do if I see unusual activity on my account?
If you notice unusual activity on your account, log into your account on the website or mobile app, select the menu, select “Account Settings”, and then select “Dispute a transaction”.

How can I locate viable ATMs near me?

How can I change the password to my account?
Select “Forgot password” at the login page to reset your password.
How can I enable Push and text notifications?
Within your MyCard app or website, select My Account < Alerts. You can choose to receive alerts for additional MyCards as well. Remember to check your phone settings to allow push notifications from MyCard.
How do I add/edit budgets?
Knowing where to start can be the hardest step in budgeting. MyCard solves that issue. For the first month, simply use your MyCard for all your everyday purchases and the app will establish a budget based on your spending. Traditional budget tools use a template that assumes everyone spends the same way based solely on income. After you've learned where you’re spending, you can plan the budget you want by adjusting category allotments to fit your needs.
How do I request a replacement card?
You can order a replacement card by contacting the number on the back of your card.
How do I view statements for my card?
Once you activate your MyCard, you’ll receive periodic electronic statements showing all activity on your MyCard. To access your statements, go to My Account > Statements within the MyCard app or website.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance and transactions at any time in the MyCard app or website. You can also call the number on the back of your card.
How do I change my PIN?
You can set up or update your PIN from within the MyCard app or website by selecting: Card Management > Change PIN. You can also change your PIN by phone by calling the phone number located on the back of your MyCard.
Can I get a second card for the same account to share with a friend or family member?
Yes, you can have both secondary and dependant cards attached to your account.
How do I replace a damaged card?
You can order a replacement card by contacting the number on the back of your card.
